Bourbon Peared Cooler
A delicious bourbon and pear cocktail.
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes
- 2 ounces Whiskey
- 2 ounces Pear liqueur
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 ounce Lemon juice
- 3-4 ounces Club soda or seltzer water
- 1 sprig Rosemary
Mix the whiskey, pear liqueur, honey, and lemon juice in a shaker or glass.
Stir or shake until honey is dissolved.
Pour over ice in a collins glass or mason jar
Top off with soda water to taste (about 3-4 ounces)
Add rosemary garnish and sip through a straw.
