Lemon Whiskey Mojito
A whiskey variation of a mojito perfect for warm weather.
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes
- 5-7 each Mint leaves
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
- 2 slices Lemon
- 1 tbsp Club soda (plus extra to top off)
- 2 ounces Whiskey
In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup, lemon slices, and 1 tbsp of club soda.
Add the whiskey and fill the shaker with ice.
Shake until cold and pour into a highball glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with mint and a slice of lemon.
