A cocktail that packs a sweet punch.

This sweet craft cocktail packs a punch by bringing together multiple spirits and a boozy garnish. For this recipe, we used whiskey-infused cherries, BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon, and a bonded high rye bourbon from Old Grand-Dad. This one is a potent cocktail that goes down way too fast, so enjoy carefully.

If you have the time I would suggest making your own batch of whiskey-infused cherries. Pit fresh cherries and let them soak in a jar with a whiskey of your choice (no need to break the bank on the whiskey since it will infuse with the cherries). Store in a cool, dark place for at least a week. The longer you wait, the more reward you reap. If you don’t have time to wait, you can substitute frozen or fresh cherries instead.

We really enjoyed this cocktail with Old Grand-Dad Bonded Bourbon as our base. If you haven’t read our special Old Grand-Dad review, you can check it out here.
